Pima Arts Council
It's a chance we get once a year. As local artists collectively open their studio doors we are offered a moment to peer into their creative lives. Some artists are prominent, some are emerging, all can be engaged.
On Saturday and Sunday, November 14 and 15, the Tucson Pima Arts Council presents the 2009 Open Studio Tour. The tour is a great time to talk with artists, learn about all types of art making, and see live demonstrations. It's also an excellent opportunity of buy art. The tour is free, self-guided, self-paced and takes place city and county wide. 167 area artists will have their studios open and program directories are available at all locations.
