The prolific Namoli Brennet has recorded another gorgeous and introspective album called "Until From This Dream I Wake," with a CD release party on May 30 at Conrad Wilde Gallery 210 N. 4th Ave. Brennet opens for Girlyman Harmonies at Club Congress on June 23.

The Mission Creeps are recording their next album for a fall release, its video for "Creepy" was put out in Paste's May music sampler and a film (The Graves) featuring the band's music just wrapped and is seeking distribution on the indie circuit. Live shows this summer include Locals Only on KXCI, May 18; Plush on May 26 opening for Dex Romweber Duo and Detroit Cobras; July 11 it's Plush again, this time with The Woolly Bandits and Runaway 5.

From the desk of Jeremy Michael Cashman: "Jason Fisk (from Chicago), wrote a collection of lyrics, short stories, and poems about a man with inner troubles named Walter Sloke. I offered to write music to the lyric section and we have a sort of chapbook complete with a soundtrack."
