At Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar, happy hour is a daily affair throughout the restaurant from 4pm-6pm with prices slashed in half on glasses of wine, draft beers and sides. Our favorites of their generous sides include the double truffle fries ($3, you can taste the truffle oil), zucchini fries dusted with parmesan ($3) and the Plain & Simple Burger, juicy and substantial ($6).
The pleasant ambiance with comfortable seating includes mountain views on the back patio. It can get loud inside, but conversation is not impeded. Shaded west-facing windows are great at sunset. In the restaurant, a diorama mural of grass-fed cows in a pasture with slate rock walls, clouds and blue sky reminds patrons that the burgers are from all natural, grass-fed bovines.
Though not part of happy hour but reasonably priced and tasty are the veggie burger, salads, the best shakes in town and homemade pies. And don’t miss the mural in the bathroom: you’re a star at Zinburger!
