Corazón Day Spa opens Nov 1 at 220 N. 4th Ave., just north of the Fourth Avenue Underpass. Esthetician Yvonne Madrigal is behind the opening, along with Dana Gonzales, who was formerly a spa manager at Loews Ventana Canyon resort.
The pair will sell art and clothing made by local artists, as well as skin care, massages, manicures, pedicures and hairstyling. “The focus is on the natural side,” with a special emphasis on skin care for cancer patients, Madrigal said. n
