Buddy, You Can Save …
…More than dime at Buddy’s Grill happy hour. Looking for some comfort and joy after the holidays? You’ll find it in the bar lounge daily from 3pm-6pm and 9pm-closing. The happy hour menu features reduced prices on appetizers.
The Lahvosh is a lavish bargain, an extra large Armenian cracker topped with cheese and your choice of four toppings (Cajun chicken, bacon, smoked ham, smoked salmon, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives) for $7, or a gourmet burger with fries for $5.95. You don’t have to be a Rockefeller to enjoy a plate of oysters (or shrimp) with bacon and spinach in a rich hollandaise sauce ($7). Drinks are almost half-price. Try the Arturo’s margarita made with 1800 reposado tequila or a pint of Modus Hoperandi beer.
Located in the Crossroads Festival shopping center just steps away from good shopping and a movie theater, Buddy’s epitomizes comfort. Whether you sit at a booth, a high pub table, or the bar, the ambience is friendly with subdued lighting and colors. Light from the TV monitors adds a pleasant play of color to the décor.
The minimal noise level, layout of tables, and low walls with living plants create a sense of privacy even when the lounge is full of happy patrons. No need to rack up more credit card debt to enjoy satisfying food and potent potables.
Buddy’s Grill has two locations: 4821 E. Grant Rd., 795-2226 and 7385 S. Houghton Rd #125, 881-2226. Find out more at BuddysGrill.com.
