**Update - Thursday, April 14, 4:10pm - The Tryst has climbed to # 11 on the Bonnaroo charts! Keep voting!**
Tucson's indie, jazzy, funky, rock band The Tryst is pushing hard to get online votes to be considered for performing at Bonnaroo this June. They certainly would be well-received at the Tennessee music festival.
Here's how it works (according to the rules site): the public voting started on April 4 and ends "at or around 11:59:59 pm ET on or around April 15, 2011." There are a few catches. You have to have a valid Facebook account and you have to like the Official Bonnaroo Facebook page. A vote is cast by downloading the song.
The top eight bands get considered by a panel of judges who will pick two acts to perform. As of 4:10pm on Thursday, April 14, they are in slot 11!
What's in it for you? A great song, called Number 8. Click on this link to help send these very groovy and talented kids to Tennessee, June 9-12!
Check out more tunes by The Tryst at www.WeAreTryst.com. See them live April 9 at 2nd Saturdays, at the Scott Avenue stage from 8:45pm-10pm.
