Company founders announced Latino Briefing Room 2.0 website. The more prominent enhancements to the website are a result of the great degree of subject matter that the Latino Briefing Room provides. "We want to provide our readers with more insight and original news content in addition to a more user-friendly interface," said co-founder Marc Rodriguez.

The Latino Briefing Room is also officially welcoming widely acclaimed Latino columnist Ruben Navarrette, as a contributor to the network. Navarrette will be providing exclusive political editorials/op-eds written for the Latino Briefing Room. "Ruben is a preeminent advocate and writer for the Latino population and we're excited to have him with us," continued Rodriguez.

The other major site enhancements include the addition of an original content landing page with integrated audio and video and social media capabilities. Users can still enjoy the wide aggregation of news articles, blogs, video feeds and access to research and reports as before but now with new user-friendly capabilities including a headline news ticker, news category arrangement and management tools, and a second page of original hosted news highlights.

Visitors can access the site in three ways. They can go to latinobriefingroom.com to see the latest Latino news, sign up to receive daily updates from the Latino Briefing Room via email as well as mobile texting. The articles, in English and Spanish, are provided in a non-partisan manner.

The Latino Briefing Room is online at LatinoBriefingRoom.com, Facebook and Twitter.

The Latino Briefing Room is an online web network site focusing on news and information resources, covering issues specific to U.S. Latinos and Latin Americans.
